Doug Trattner has covered the Northeast Ohio food and dining scene for close to a decade. His restaurant reviews and industry news columns have appeared almost weekly since 2001, first in Free Times, then later in Scene, where he presently is Dining Editor. Trattner also is the author of Moon Cleveland, the definitive travel guidebook to Northeast Ohio. In addition to his local food writing, Trattner's work has appeared in the Plain DealerWine & SpiritsMiami Herald and Insider Ohio, where he acts as managing editor.
